After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to 

close our Brynamman practice on 1 April 2026

. This decision follows the increasing challenges created by the changing NHS dental contract framework in Wales and our responsibility to ensure that the care we deliver remains safe, sustainable, and of the highest standard.

We will no longer be booking appointments for patients under the NHS and as we prepare for this change, we are carefully managing appointments to ensure we can complete ongoing NHS treatments and continue to support patients who need urgent care. It is therefore important to decide now about whether you wish to continue seeing us or whether you wish to source NHS care at another practice.

Across Wales, NHS dental practices have experienced significant pressure due to ongoing changes in the NHS dental system. These changes make it increasingly difficult to deliver the level of care we believe patients deserve within NHS constraints.

To protect continuity of care, support our teams, and ensure sustainable, high‑quality dentistry, we are consolidating our services and relocating the team to Ammanford.
